La habitación con un area con colchón cerca del balcón muy confortable y práctico. En general el estilo de la habitación en madera muy agradable, .

El area interna del restaurante es muy estrecho ( mesas muy juntas ), y el decorado deseaba mucho que desear. La zona de SPA era nudista, pero mas de la mitad de las personas llevaban ropa. Se deberia regular mejor

relax entre montañas.

El enclave, la naturaleza, las habitaciones amplias. Aroma relajante. Zapatillas y albornoces bonitos El chico de la piscina que recogia todo cuando cerraban fue muy agradable y nos hizo fotos increibles. El desayuno espectacular, las vistas de la terraza increibles, las vistas desde la habitacion preciosas Un sitio magico en el que me hubiera gustado quedarme mas tiempo.

Considero que un sitio de tantas estrellas, deberia tener una persona que te expique en la entrada donde estan todos los servicios del hotel, los horarios que se pueden usar y las consideraciones de todo el funcionamiento que tiene un centro de bienestas. Aunque el sitio es precioso y me llevo un grato recuerdo me voy algo triste... Preguntamos el horario de la zona de spa y piscinas por internet antes de llegar por si teniamos que reservar antes de nuestra llegada ya que solo estabamos una noche alli , y nos dijeron que abrian a las 7 de la mañana las piscinas , de manera que fuimos a la piscina exterior/interior por la tarde y por la mañana a las 7 ibamos a ir a la sauna, baño turco, piscinas frias, jacuzzi...y nadie nos dijo que esa zona no se activaba hasta las 10!! teniendo en cuenta que dejas la habitacion a las 11 ya no podiamos disfrutar de esa parte que fuimos descubriendo porque nos dimos un paseo, no porque nadie nos lo explicara. Fue una pena, porque tampoco habiamos visto otro jacuzzi escondido cerca de las piscinas exteriores, lo vimos dando un paseo exterior por el recinto al irnos. Considero que un sitio tan lujoso con tantos espacios...deberia haber una persona en recepcion que no solo te indique en que piso esta tu habitacion y te diga que te reciben con una bebida en el bar...sino que haya alguien que te explique con un plano todas las instalaciones en 3min en recepcion y si tienen tiempo te las enseñen, aclarando muy bien el tiempo de uso de las instalaciones y servicios para no irte sin probar la mitad de cosas por falta de tiempo al estar cerrado..si nos hubieran avisado nos habriamos organizado de otra manera.

breathtaking and sophisticated getaway in the mountains

the entire property is so soothing and relaxing! i found the spa facilities immaculately maintained and not too crowded at any time, and every view from the hotel was stunning. additionally, the hospitality was incomparable and we felt every team member went out of their way to make us feel at home. the on site breakfast spread was wonderful, and the lunch and dinner options were elevated alpine cuisine. would gladly return.

Place of tranquility

Although we didn’t know what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with overall experience of the hotel. Room was cosy, but it had all we need. large closet, spacious bathroom and magnificent view. Window bed was such a gem, especially in the night when we were able to look into the sky and watch the stars from the bed – it felt like we are somewhere outdoor in the middle of the woods. Breakfast and dinner offered quite a variety of the food. We were anxious every evening to see what will be on the menu. Staff was very helpful and it felt like they'll do anything to fulfill all our wishes. Spa center is not the biggest one, but saunas are and outside pools offer breathtaking views to surrounding mountains. We've loved sauna infusion programs and morning activities that were organised. We've stayed for five days, but next time it should be seven.

There was only one thing that bothered us. Sauna floor is supposed to be textile-free, but looks like this is not communicated well, since there were often visitors in swimsuits walking around. Looks like this hotel is also not immune to some intruders since there was a moment when group of young people in swimsuits barged into outside sauna and tried to organise their own infusion program. It took quite some time before stuff noticed them and escorted them out.

A little gem in Plose area!

We loved the diffuser smell everywhere in the hotel. It was so fresh and non-intrusive, yet evoking the walk in a forest perfectly. We loved our room and the views. It was so private. Most other hotels in the area were next to the main road, whilst this one was so peaceful in the forest. We loved the ski-in option. The food was one of best we’ve tasted, and we have eaten in quite a few Michelin star restaurants. Staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful. We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon.

We were only disappointed that the spa area (steam, sauna, whirlpool etc) on -2 floor are not open until 11am. We pay for stay until 11am check out, so not having the use of a half of the facilities on the day of departure didn’t seem fair. We understand it takes time to warm them up, but it could be opened from 9:30 for example.

Perfect, relaxing hotel with even better staff.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences that I have experienced. All of the staff go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much for them. From the welcome to the departure, the staff where attentive, considerate and professional. They really make this hotel! The staff at breakfast and dinner are extremely professional but this is done with a personable manner, their attention to detail is second to none and nothing is too much for them. The bar staff are brilliant and always make you feel welcome. The reception are very helpful with recommendations, directions etc and even allowed a late check-out for when travel plans changed. I cannot stress how much the staff make the My Arbor experience what it is. The facilities of My Arbor are superb with an excellent pool/spa area, which was always stocked with towels and very clean. The location is perfect, with great views of the surrounding mountains and town below. If you are looking to visit Plose, the hotel has a direct route to the ski lifts, so ideal! The half board is very good and exceeded what I expected. There are various buffet options for breakfast but with menu choices available also such as eggs etc. The dinner options are varied with a great choice from the menu and a salad buffer available. The drink options are extensive. The rooms are a very good size, with excellent views of the surrounding mountains and towns. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom/shower was modern and clean. The room was always cleaned and refreshed in the evening. The facilities, food and rooms are excellent but the staff at My Arbor really make the difference.

Tout était vraiment parfait ! Le service et le personnel étaient aux petits soins ! La nourriture du restaurant est incroyable, et les cocktails du bar sont délicieux (je vous recommande vivement le cocktail Project D pour les amateurs de cocktails corsés et piquants, ainsi que le Tiramisu Martini pour les adeptes de cocktails/desserts). La chambre offre une vue spectaculaire, et votre séjour est rythmé par les différentes activités proposées par l'hôtel et par la visite de la charmante ville de Brixen/Bressanone, où se trouvent de très bons restaurants (Oste Scuro), ainsi que les randonnées/ballades offertes par les Dolomites
